Adventurer Kit

THIS KIT IS FOR USE OF BOTH 12 AND 16 GRAM CO2 CARTRIDGE APPLICATIONS

Includes- CD3 plunger, casing, electric match holder, cap, 10 o-rings, Nomex cloth, Gold anodized combo flange for use in both 12 and 16 gram cartridges, pyro cup and scoop, 4- 12 gram and 3- 16 gram CO2 cartridges, decals and carrying case.

Jupiter Kit

THIS KIT IS FOR USE OF BOTH 24 AND 38 GRAM CO2 CARTRIDGE APPLICATIONS

Includes- CD3 plunger, casing, electric match holder, cap, 10 o-rings, Nomex cloth, Red anodized combo flange for use in 24 gram CO2 gram cartridges, Blue combo flange for use on BOTH 24 and 38 gram CO2 cartridges, pyro cup and scoop, 3- 24 and 2- 38 gram CO2 cartridges, decals and carrying case.

HPR Kit

THIS KIT IS FOR USE ON ALL CO2 CARTRIDGE APPLICATIONS- 12, 16, 24 AND 38

Includes- CD3 plunger, casing, electric match holder, cap, 10 o-rings, Nomex cloth, Gold anodized combo flange for use on 12 and 16 gram cartridges, Red anodized combo flange for use in 24 gram CO2 gram cartridges, Blue combo flange for use on BOTH 24 and 38 gram CO2 cartridges, pyro cup and scoop, 4- 12 gram, 4-16 gram, 3- 24 and 3- 38 gram CO2 cartridges, decals and carrying case.

Assemblies

Here is a picture of all three CD3 units ready for installation into rocket. The Nomex cloth is missing for picture purposes. The red flange is used for only 24 gram applications.

El Grande Kit

This is the El Grande kit. Included are the following-
One large plastic storage container with dividers, El Grande hard anodized casing, stainless steel plunger, red cap, stainless steel electric match holder, Nomex cloth, pyrogen container, pyrogen scoop, o-rings, registration card, CD instruction manual and two 92 gram CO2 cartridges.

Black Rock Kit (DISCONTINUED)

This is the full kit for CD3. Included are the following-
One large plastic storage container with dividers, anodized CD3 casing, stainless steel plunger, red cap, stainless steel electric match holder, Nomex cloth, pyrogen container, pyrogen scoop, registration card, CD instruction manual, spacers, green anodized three piece hardware kit for use in 12 gram cartridges, gold anodized three piece hardware kit for use in 16 gram cartridges, black anodized three piece hardware kit for use in 24 gram cartridges, red anodized three piece hardware kit for use in 38 gram cartridges, two 38 gram cartridges, three 24 gram cartridges, four 16 gram cartridges and four 12 gram cartridges.

Pancho Villa Kit (DISCONTINUED)

The Pancho Villa is the starter kit for CD3. Included are the following-
One small plastic storage container with dividers, anodized CD3 casing, stainless steel plunger, red cap, stainless steel electric match holder, Nomex cloth, pyrogen container, pyrogen scoop, registration card, CD instruction manual, green anodized three piece hardware kit for use in 12 gram cartridges, gold anodized three piece hardware kit for use in 16 gram cartridges, three 16 gram cartridges and four 12 gram cartridges.

Hardware for 12 Gram Cartridges

These are the green anodized parts for use in rockets requiring 12 gram cartridges, usually, 3” rockets. They are the casing, cap and threaded mounting flange used in recessed applications. Consult the manual for details.. Click here to download the CD3 instruction manual.

Hardware for 16 Gram Cartridges

These are the gold anodized parts for use in rockets requiring 16 gram cartridges. They are the casing, cap and threaded mounting flange used in recessed applications. The 16 gram works well in 3” rockets and in 4” rockets. Consult the manual for details. Click here to download the CD3 instruction manual.

Hardware for 24 Gram Cartridges

These are the black anodized parts for use in rockets requiring 24 gram cartridges. They are the casing, cap and threaded mounting flange used in recessed applications. The 24 gram set-up works well in 4” rockets with longer payload sections and in larger rockets. Consult the manual for details. Click here to download the CD3 instruction manual.

Hardware for 38 Gram Cartridges

These are the red anodized parts for use in rockets requiring 38 gram cartridges. They are the casing, cap and threaded mounting flange used in recessed applications. The 38 gram set-up works well in 5” and larger rockets. These larger rockets need to have sealed bulkheads and centering rings to contain all the gasses at ejection. A 6” rocket with a sloppy bulkhead and coupler can easily leak large amounts of gas through the cracks. Ground test everything. Consult the manual for details.
